Please review our hotel policies, cancellation policy and refund policy before making a reservation.

Hotel Policies
  • Check in 11:00 AM and check-out 12 Noon.
  • Children of 7 years and above are considered as adults and additional charges applicable.
  • Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and charges applicable.
  • Check-in before 07:00 AM is subject to full day tariff & check-in before 10:00 AM is subject to half day tariff.
  • Check-out after 11:00 PM is subject to half day tariff till 06:00 PM, after which full day tariff will be applicable.
  • Buffet breakfast timing is 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM only.
  • Airport transfers are subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after 05:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Rates are valid for confirmed bookings only. No additional discounts apply at check-in.
  • PAN is required for bills exceeding ₹25,000 as per Government regulations.
  • Outside food & beverages are not permitted.
  • Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms and may be received only in designated public areas.
  • All visitors must present original photo identification.
  • Valid Passport, Driving License, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card is mandatory.
  • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity proof.
Cancellaation Policies
  • Free Cancellation Before 48 Hours
Refund Policies
  • Full refund of the advance amount will be processed for cancellations received prior to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.
  • No refund shall be applicable for cancellations received within 48 hours of check-in.
  • In case of a No-Show, the advance amount shall be forfeited as per the applicable cancellation policy.
  • Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment.
